Refund Policy


Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used health & nutrition products

  • Perishable goods or items marked as non-returnable

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for return approval.

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
 If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days to your original method of payment.

 

 

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service for secure delivery.

Sale Items & Gifts

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Gift returns will be refunded as store credit or a gift voucher, if applicable.

 

 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
